Inspired by another thread!

Whatever happened to certain celebs? So many were really quite popular/successful/infamous/famous at one point only to seemingly disappear off the
face off the earth. Where did they go?

Insert the missing celeb. I’ll go first with a few:-

  • Sam Smith (sang Black and Gold- love that song)
  • Samantha Mumba (Irish singer)
  • Shola Ama (You Might Meet Somebody singer)

Gryff Rhys Jones. Is he dead?
He’s in some kind of touring play at my local theatre this autumn! (Literally every show on there is like boomer catnip, and stars someone from The Good Life in something written by Alan Bennett.)

I spotted the Brookie Jordache mother on this week's Silent witness in a small part.
Whatever happened to the Actress who played Marie Jackson, married to George who was wrongly jailed?
Bobby and Sheila Grant's 3 adult children? ( really fancied Damon back in the day 😳)

Anna Kearney (Marie Jackson) died a few years ago. Tracey Corkhill is now behind the camera, as a photographic director and I've no idea what happened to 'Rod the Plod'.

Damon was lovely, wasn't he! Mike Dicko too!

I had an actor friend of mine once say, if you get to the stage where you are everywhere take it, earn as much as possible, because in 2 months time, you will be back being unemployed, only this time, you will be unemployed with a shit ton of money to be able to do what you want.

Darius Danesh seems to go more by the (real?) name Darius Campbell. He has been in several West End musicals. I saw him with Sheridon Smith in Funny Girl. I think it was 2018 and he was brilliant. Hopefully he'll be back onstage soon,
