Perfumes for inducing a vomitty rage

In response to this lovely thread www.mumsnet.com/Talk/style_and_beauty/4336303-Perfumes-of-your-life?pg=4 AIBU to suggest we get some lists of perfume that send you into a head-achy verge of vomiting rage? I’ll start with one I had to sit next to for a 5 hour stretch recently - Youth Dew 🤢. Also disliked by my mother, I’m still getting flash backs now.

Also I’ll add Lulu 🤮. Someone used to wear loads of it at work. I could barely keep my breakfast down when I walked in first thing.

My mother used to use Je Reviens. I can feel the headache coming on just thinking about it. Envy not envy

Black perfecto by Guerlain. It just smells like cars on me. Like a mix of engine oil, leather and Cherry air freshener. Makes me gag. I gave my bottle to my mum and it smells GREAT on her. All Sour cherry loveliness. So annoying. 😂

I've no idea why, but I'm sensitive to that Chloé one with the bow on the bottle. Can smell it at a hundred paces and find it so strong and sickly. I'm fine with everything else, even huge clouds of Angel!

Someone at work used to wear Obsession and would liberally respray it during the day. Gave me horrendous headaches.

Body Shop Dewberry. The only time I've ever been car sick was on a long drive and my sister had doused herself in it right before we got in the car. Near on thirty years later and I can still vividly remember it!

Patchouli oil. A big favourite with my friends in the nineties, makes me want to pukeEnvy

Another vote for CK One here. EVERYONE wore it at school in the 90s and now I can't stand the smell.
I know not a perfume as such, but anything by Lush brings on a migraine. Walking past the shop is unbearable, I have to cross over (and sometimes you can even smell it from the other side of the street).

Opium.I remember being trapped in a two-hour car journey to a wedding with someone wearing this.It was pouring with rain,so all the windows stayed closed and there was no ventilation.I felt so ill.

Angel. Blue liquid in a star shaped bottle. Oh it stinks!

My DM loves the stuff. She would layer it on herself and wonder why undiagnosed autistic me wouldn't go near her! Car journeys when she was doused in the stuff were hellish. Thankfully my DDad understood and allowed me to have the windows open, even on a cold day.

Another one of her favourites was Baby Doll. It smells quite similar to Angel, though not as pungent.

As someone who spent my youth around the heavy metal crowd, I would like to offer you the incomparable patchouli oil. Horrific.
Those incense sticks that burn in shops selling healing crystals also make me feel ill.

We have a Lush Superstore in our city.The smell hits you well before you get near to the store. I also have to give it a very wide berth.
