Do drunk people tell the truth?

No one wants to cheat on anyone, that won't be happening.

I'd run away with him tomorrow. I met him for a walk 2 days after.

Meeting him after he declared feelings for you was playing with fire then.

A lot of the time drink gives someone the courage to tell the truth. Sometimes though it really is the drink talking so it all depends. There are happy drunks, sad drunks, angry drunks and sleepy drunks. We're all different. I'm a crier. I tell nice truths. Suddenly I love the world when I'm drunk.

I wouldn’t believe his feelings are real unless I had had a sober conversation about it if I were you.

I'm only going on what you said - that you'd 'run away with him tomorrow' and have continued to meet him. That would be very hurtful for any partners involved to find out, I think, so it's probably best to exercise some caution when it comes to this man. Otherwise people could get their feelings hurt and relationships risked.

No - if I'm smashed I'll embellish nonsense. Especially if I think someone's annoyed with me.

Somebody needs some boundaries.

Depends what I’ve drank and what mood I was in before drinking.

But basically if I said it to you drunk, don’t come at sober me because sober me doesn’t even remember saying those things.
