I am BU. I know I am. But , here in Wales anyway, for the last 3(?) weeks, it's like mother nature is having a good old laugh going "poor bastards can only meet outside... we'll see about that!!!"

Is it really May or has it been March 2020 this whole time....?

I think it’s rained every single time I’ve ever been to Wales. It’s pretty dire everywhere at the moment though. It certainly doesn’t feel like nearly June. We still have the heating on in the evening😮

I totally agree and I usually love rain and winter . Usually j look forward to October and cosy insides but my good god I have had enough of this. Permanent grey boring skies. Everything just a little bit more depressing.

I got really excited earlier when my weather forecast on my phone showed a tiny bit of sun on Friday. I mean I don't actually believe it for a second but the dream was nice.

I had three loads of washing to dry today ☹️ and no tumble dryer so had to put t’heating on.

Can't believe I'm still wearing a winter coat and jumpers and it's nearly June!

Where I walk my dog most of the year, in the winter it just end up as squelching mud, so was great when it finally dried up a month ago and we could go in, it's now back to squelching mud and a no go. Feels like winter!

May is meant to be HOT AND SUNNY not pissing down and windy ffs

YANBU, the rain has been relentless for weeks here, it's never let up!

Very wet and cold here too. In fact, raining cats and dogs. Dire warnings in our media our "dry Spring" will cause forest fires.

I gets really depressing.

Oh, and our water reservoir is dumping water but we have water restrictions to prepare.

Just to cheer everyone up, only 4 weeks until midsummer's day and then the nights start drawing in again.
