I'm currently online shopping and there's two pairs of a lovely print leggings for sale for just a quid!!
But they're second hand/used.
Would it be a bit Envy to buy them?

Sweaty secondhand minge. Bleurgh.

Garlia · 26/03/2021 18:27

Totally fine! Why are you concerned?

You've heard of washing machines, right? Confused
skeggycaggy · 26/03/2021 18:28

Totally fine. I buy everything except knickers & socks & bras secondhand. Just wash them Confused

Also way way better for the environment.

Lovethewater · 26/03/2021 18:29

If you like them, buy them. 'Recycle, reuse, reduce'

Knitterbabe · 26/03/2021 18:45

No.

Beseigedbykillersquirrels · 26/03/2021 18:47

I love second hand and I'd estimate that 90% of my wardrobe is at least second hand. However, I would draw the line at leggings. Bit too crotch-huggy for me to want second hand

Markies · 26/03/2021 18:47

Gads.

My thoughts exactly

Minge proximity is a big consideration when buying second hand stuff

mynameiscalypso · 26/03/2021 18:50

Are they exercise leggings? If so, some people don't wear underwear with them...

Oh bless you, I'm sorry you don't have a washing machine 😊
Happycat1212 · 26/03/2021 18:52

I wouldn’t.

CrotchetyQuaver · 26/03/2021 18:55

Why not? Wash them when you get them if you don't think they're clean/clean enough. What have you got to lose if they're only a pound? So long as you're sure they're not worn out tat...

Something about chaffing. I wear underwear with my pyjamas so I am not the person to ask about it in any great detail!

Theunamedcat · 26/03/2021 19:01

Why is everyone so precious about used clothing? Wash them ffs its not hard

LolaSmiles · 26/03/2021 19:01

I wouldn't and I buy a lot of second hand clothing. If I wouldn't buy second hand pyjamas, underwear or tights then why would I buy second hand leggings?

Singlenotsingle · 26/03/2021 19:04

You're not that hard up, surely? Yuck. Shock

LAgeDeRaisin · 26/03/2021 19:04

But they're WASHED. You can even rewash them on arrival.

I hope anyone who has a problem with this has never used a hotel towel to dry their face.... You know people dry their scrotums, vulvas, arseholes with those... dry up ejaculate splatter... and they're not single use!

ReverendRicketyCricket · 26/03/2021 19:06

What is the matter with you people? What's different about washing second hand clothes versus washing your own worn clothes? Both come out clean and fresh? Or do you think second hand has special properties that mean the previous use can't be washed out?

Mankyfruitbowl · 26/03/2021 19:08

I've bought, and worn, secondhand leggings. They arrived in good condition, I put them in the wash before wearing. My crotch didn't drop off.

Clackyheels · 26/03/2021 19:10

Absolutely get them if you like them as others have said just stick them through the washing machine before enough wear them!

Fast fashion is the only thing Envy about this.

LolaSmiles · 26/03/2021 19:11

LAgeDeRaisin
I don't boil wash my clothes though or use stronger detergents.

Would you buy second hand knickers?

Happycat1212 · 26/03/2021 19:12

So the people that would buy them would you buy second hand underwear as well then? As has been mentioned lots of people don’t wear underwear under their leggings
