Mine have been:

1. A large transparent command hook that I put on the side of a chest of drawers to hang my hairdryer on (I tried lots of other sticky hooks before but that was the only one that actually worked)

1. Buying all the same clothes hangers so DD's clothes look tidier

1. A large kitchen sink tidier which has instantly made the kitchen side less messy

I am on a constant mission to improve our living spaces, so AIBU to ask what yours have been?

A lovely new king size bed and amazing mattress and some proper cotton bed linen
An amazon fire stick
Nintendo switch with a pro controller
An amazon echo dot clock for my bedside table
Some bluetooth earbuds
Some rechargeable aa and aaa batteries with a USB charger.
A new tablet

Well I have just placed the most expensive Amazon order I have ever ordered due to this thread. That'll teach me

I've started posting on the fridge every morning chores that need doing next to the price I'm willing to pay for them.
My two dc then negotiate between themselves which will do which chore.
I then pay them at the end of the day when they present me with their invoices!
It keeps them busy, it reduces the load on me now we're all at home making messes everywhere, and I've always wanted a cleaner! So I suppose the best thing I've bought is child labour...

I technically bought in Feb before first lockdown just, but a laptop! We had a desktop alresdy although it's a bit old now but the laptop has seen a LOT of use and been a bit of a lifesaver.

Yes and it’s really easy to rescue the Lego.

Envious at all these lockdown purchases! Our income has halved in lockdown so not able to buy much to make life easier, sadly.

New desk and new chair for WFH - so much more comfortable.
An uplighter next to my desk so I can see what I'm doing.
A series of Russian courses - so enjoying it!

Ditto with the very narrow, velvet covered coat hangers - I literally bought hundreds of them, and they've given us masses of more space in our wardrobes and look so much tidier.

Good quality jigsaw puzzles and a good quality roll -up puzzle mat.

A really top quality TV, the picture quality is just mind blowing and makes anything you watch look incredible.

A little, cordless Hoover, always kept charged in the utility room cupboard - makes keeping the kitchen/utility and hall floor clean so quick and easy.

Teddy bear fleece bedding sets. Omg they are goooood. You never want to get up though.

A new dining table that is smaller and fits in the kitchen.
Totter and tumble playmat for the living room.

An upright stick hoover.Absolutely in love with it.Stairs..under the bed..ceiling cobwebs..furry pomeranian x 2..They love it.

I bought a pancake/crepe maker and my kids use it to make omelettes for themselves if they’re hungry.. Best thing ever!!!

Heavy duty metal shelving for all my extra groceries . Sooo tidy !
