Crumpets and Nutella

I fancy crumpets with Nutella tomorrow, but I can't decide if I should butter them or not. Crumpets without butter feels against nature somehow but butter AND Nutella seems ridiculously indulgent. So WIBU to butter my crumpets before adding Nutella?

Nooo!! I love crumpets and crumpets with Nutella specially nice . But you are right. Giant verrucas. I can never take that thought away now

I'm with @Sunbird24.. there are clearly 6 in the pack. 1 all butter, 1 just Nutella and one with both. You'll still have 3 to repeat the experiment.

I broke my diet the other day to have crumpets with lurpak, Nutella and strawberry jam, after my getting them in for my grandchildren. They were well worth it.

People who don't put butter underneath the Nutella don't know what they're missing out on!!

Yup the French say Nou—tella. Butter and honey is great on crumpets - it all melts down into the holes!

Wouldn't touch Nutella if you paid me but do love a crumpet
