Cleaner not cleaning under the rim.

Just had a good look at our toilets and seen that all the way around the rims are revolting.
We have had the same cleaners for a long time.
AIBU to expect that they would do this as a matter of routine?

So talk to them rather than boring us with your dirty rims! Also should your cleaner even be in your house during lockdown??

Couldn't you give it a brush or a wipe as a matter of routine?

Legally you can have your cleaner op.. Just pop a bottle of bleach on the loo seat for next visit!! Things do get missed..

I make sure all the toilets in my house are clean before the cleaner arrives tbh.

If that was aimed at me then I can assure you that I have no issues with people having cleaners, my mum was a cleaner, people needing cleaners is what put food on our table!

I have IBS and generally we are big shitters in our house. 🤷‍♀️

You should just mention this to your cleaner if you think she is amiss in her toilet rim duties.This is the only advice to give really!

I always clean my toilet before the cleaner comes. The rest of the house is fair game but I won't leave a dirty toilet.

Just get some bleach and give it a squirt under and around the rim. It will be sparkling in no time and with virtually no effort.

I wish I cleaned for some of you. As a cleaner I have been left to clean some of the vilest toilets. People leave toilets full of water and full of floating shit. Then there's shit stained seats and smeared down the sides. These are adult only houses.

Op, sometimes with cleaning, especially if there is lots to do, one thing can be missed. As a cleaner I try not miss a single thing, but nobody's perfect.
