Cleaner not cleaning under the rim.

Just had a good look at our toilets and seen that all the way around the rims are revolting.
We have had the same cleaners for a long time.
AIBU to expect that they would do this as a matter of routine?

Am I the only one with 'Upon The Roof' by The Drifters going around in my head, but with the title line changed to 'Under The Rim' ....?!
