They most definitely taste different. Henderson’s is sweeter and richer and heavenly on cheese on toast
I was literally thinking Hendo’s definitely sweeter, and not like spiced vinegar at all
However for me the fact that Worcestershire is salter is the reason It’s better on cheese on toast, you can’t beat a nice rounded mild cheddar on Toast with salty Worcestershire, but then I guess that works the other way round too I can imagine a sharper mature cheese would be complemented by Hendo’s
I prefer Hendo’s, lovely in tomato sauces, one of my favourite pastas is a creamy mushroom sauce with Hendo’s in it. And saying that I prefer Hendo’s is probably sacrilege as I’m spend most of my life in Worcestershire, although I do tend to like things from Yorkshire!
