What do you mean by work it out? Is it some kind of puzzle, how did you know there was something to work out when you came across it?

it's the hand on the sholder of the girl on the right, they all have their arms folded but the hand doesn't belong to anyone in the photo.

i thought the style of clothing was odd....the tops, t shirts, cant put my finger on what i actually mean!!

when i first came across it it was described as a strange photo and as i research hundreds each week for my work including staged photos of the dead i study them in depth but couldn't work out the oddness for looking,

Second from left guffed and they started smirking but it hadn't reached the right so they still had Daily Mail faces.
