Well after reading and watching a few reports it seems to me that the 2 theories with regards to Trump's pot pourri of medical treatments are:

1. He's seriously ill and he's the president of the USA so we're going to throw everything we have at this.
2. I'm not seriously ill but I'm the president of the United States so I demand that you throw everything you have at me.

I guess we'll find out if and when he gets discharged from WR hospital tomorrow?

So should we take from this that Sean Conley, Trump's physician, is also just broadcasting to the audience of one?

When (if) Trump s well enough to feel like firing someone, I wonder who is going to be blamed for Trump's illness. I'm guessing the poor lowly staffer who has the unpleasant job of daily swabbing the President's nasal cavities will get the boot for "not doing the swab properly" and so producing a false negative. So explaining away the fact that he was infectious a few days before it became known.
Other scapegoats will be the Manufacturer of the mask that Trump "always carries "(for not making it clear that being worn inside the pocket did not give full protection from the virus)

Well I'm back to thinking he's faking it!
No sane medical professional would allow a sick covid patient “off ward privileges” risking potentially infecting others. Faking would also explain the insane drug cocktail he allegedly received. We've all seen the precautions taken and PPE worn in a covid ward here in the UK and he's wandering around the hospital talking to wounded military and then joy riding round the block? Give me a break!
