A photo of him tweeting would be more believable.

Meanwhile, Trump campaign spreading the seeds of civil war...

My ex left me for a WH person. Genuinely utterly clueless and indoctrinated into the cult. It's like nothing I've ever seen before in my life. Believe nothing. Expect no analysis from the cult members.

AskingQuestionsAllTheTime · 04/10/2020 17:00

My feeling is that there are 700,000+ following that site, of whom maybe as many as 700+ would turn out in an actual rising, while most of the rest would quietly fail to do anything much. Whipping up a mob on social media is easy; getting the mob to show up in person, not so much. For instance the Proud Boys expected 10,000 to turn up for their rally in Portland, and got perhaps 1,000. The same was true of the counter-demonstrations: nothing like the expected numbers. Lots of agitation on the internet, thirty arrests on the streets.

Update from Trump's medical team say they have decided to initiate dexamethasone.

According to NICE guidelines it should be used only for severely ill patients and may be harmful to those with a mild form of the disease.

Offer dexamethasone or hydrocortisone to people with
severe or critical COVID-19 (in line with updated WHO
guidance); that is, people with any of the following:
• acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS)
• sepsis or septic shock
• other conditions that would normally need life-sustaining
therapies such as ventilation or vasopressor therapy
• signs of severe respiratory distress
• oxygen saturation 30 breaths per minute in
adults and children over 5 years)

Corticosteroids should not normally be used in people
with COVID-19 that is not severe or critical, because there is
the possibility of harm to such people

So either he is very ill, or they're lying about the dex or they're incompetent or trying to kill him

Actually that's unfair on the doctors. I suspect the truth is Trump is demanding every single available treatment whether recommended or not. On Monday he will be given an injection of the Kitchen Sink.

Wow. So many questions ...

What's the deal on Hopie? Why did she leave & return, leave & return? (Allegedly.)

I keep thinking about this film

I'm sorry you went through a break-up. Erm, should we be sad for you or relieved for you now?

"President Trump was given Dexamethasone which is only suitable for people who are already in hospital & receiving oxygen or mechanical ventilation.

The drug does NOT work on people with milder symptoms as suppressing their immune system at this point would not be helpful."

I pretty much agree with this. He's demanding and getting whatever he wants. But remember "Too many cooks treatments spoil the pudding".

Although actually, I don't believe jack from his doctor's 'updates', including what treatments he's supposedly getting. Nor do I believe the pictures since photoshop can produce some astounding results. He could be swilling vodka and dancing on tables or he could be in a coma at death's door. We'll never know what's going on until he either walks out on his own two feet or is wheeled out on a mortuary gurney.

I'll repeat my dear old dad; "Believe none of what you hear and half of what you see".

Just catching up with SNL, loving #WAP woman as president Grin would love that to trend!

I wonder if they're anticipating an incredible Trumpian cytokine storm.

The Trump campaign announced their master plan to win back the election called Operation MAGA but they forgot to lock up the Twitter handle. But we didn’t forget.

@JamieLeeCurtains @PerkingFaintly

I was so heartbroken I thought I would die initially. That's not an exaggeration.

Now it's become clearer that ex is in the cult, I find him repulsive. So, whilst he's still the most handsome man I've ever met, and the sex was 👌🏼, he can fuck off with his photographer. She has child like views on it all and he's (newly famous and) captivated by the extreme right wing, second amendment shit. She's so naive. He's a narcissist. What can I say.

PerkingFaintly · 04/10/2020 19:19

Oh I'm so sorry, Mrsmorton. That's horrible to go through –in so many ways. You lose the person you love twice over, because they lose themselves... or maybe never were the person you thought they were.

I've been there and it's just awful. You wonder if what you saw in them was all fake and you were being gullible, or blindly projecting on them.

Ugh!

A cytokine storm is typical Trump!

BruceAndNosh · 04/10/2020 19:31

I haven't a clue what to believe from Trump's medical team.
Scrotus is phobic about illness and determined to have the bestest spin put on everything. He will want nothing that implies he is not fit enough (medically) out in the open.
Trump the person wants everything kept to his script and will be claiming patient confidentiality, but I'm not sure the office of President has that right to keep things private. The health of the President is a matter of public concern

lionheart · 04/10/2020 19:32

time.com/5896169/chris-wallace-trump-family-masks/

Fox News anchor Chris Wallace slammed President Donald Trump’s family members and Chief of Staff Mark Meadows for breaking safety rules and not wearing masks while in the audience of the presidential debate he moderated on Tuesday.

“Everybody was told to wear a mask. Why did the first family and chief of staff feel that the rules for everybody else didn’t apply to them?” Wallace asked senior Trump campaign adviser Steve Cortes on Fox News Sunday. Wallace highlighted that Cleveland Clinic staff had offered the first family masks but “they were waved away.”

I don't want to do a derail. This thread is... a continuation of ex's behaviour. So it's soothing in a way. I'm finding it SO hard not to wish Covid on the new lady.

They go low etc.

Thank you for your words
