What's with this catch phrase "out of an abundance of caution." Everyone's using it in their statements including WH when Trump went to Walter Reed. Don Jr used it on Twitter when saying he would postpone campaigning until he had couple more negative test, Pompeo also when curtailing his Asia trip and I see McNinny slipped it into her latest press briefing.

I know that the Administration is trying to present a picture of 'business as usual' but why is there such a strong denial of oxygen? Surely it's a normal thing to have oxyen if your breathing is a bit bad... we knew of Boris and his oxygen straightaway
