I don't think so. I think he has lost too many staff, too many close Aides have been taken to Court, the economy is tanking, he doesn't have a handle on Covid and then there's this article by our very own Jon Sopel, BBC North American political correspondent.

I usually take the BBC with a pinch of salt but this long article is worth a read as it talks about hen it all started to go a bit wrong for Trump and what might happen....

Some Beeb correspondent (Sopel?) predicted win for Trump in 2016. Having travelled on the road & seen the large mass rallies.

Chump is surrounded by people who keep getting arrested for lying, deceit, fraud & cheating crap.

I hate to sound like a tinfoil hat conspiracy theorist (AKA a Repuglican) but if he does win it will not be through the number of votes he actually receives. It will be through manipulation of the results, either during transport of the ballots to the elections office or by fiddling the results electronically.

Boxes of ballots have 'disappeared' before only to be found months later. Another reason why we are hand delivering our ballots to the elections office, the place where they are actually counted. And IIRC Russia has already tried to hack into some state's voting systems.

I think we're going to end up having a hand-count of ballots just like we did in 2000, no matter who the winner is.

I just want this OVER.

Yes. And is that not shocking?

I think this will happen time and time again. The young have a voice. They will find another platform to mobise if necessary.
I agree with Jon Sopel when he said about the air of defeat as Trump trudged back to the White House after getting out of the helicopter. He looked like a beaten man. It shows what the live rallies mean to him

It's against federal law to use any federal building/property for any type of political messaging/campaigning so technically they're violating the law allowing Scrotus et all to speak from the WH and to use the Washington Monument, etc for convention 'moments'. For the Right, it really seems that the government's ability to make their lives better comes second in priority to the government's ability to make their perceived enemies lives worse. So a 57% approval rate does not surprise me.

I wish I felt as confident as some on here

I don’t understand why the Democrats couldn't find a potential president who is younger (I do think this will go against him) and who has a broader appeal. Someone that appears a strong leader and is passionate to make changes where Trump has let people down

I have family in the states mainly vote Democrat and they are feel let down but shall vote meanwhile the idiots in my family who vote Trump are highly confident as they were last time and very vocal about it

He has lost very few supporters it’s the voters that don’t bother to vote that the are needed to get out and vote sadly I’m not sure they shall bother shame it wasn’t Clinton (Bill) it Obama’s turn then they absolutely would win
