To think salted caramel Lindt balls...

Are the best thing ever?
Especially on a warm day when they are all melty and gooey?
I think they may be the nicest thing I have ever eaten.
I don’t work for Lindt btw, although maybe I should. Am seeking views to settle a household debate. Have name changed so the whole household can’t link to my previous threads.

DS (13) returned from a school trip to Geneva bringing with him various flavours of Lindt ball deliciousness as gifts. He is definitely my favourite child

Though I have now been inspired by this thread to check out the lindt website and they do seem to have the dark truffles in their pick and mix selection guess I know what I'm shopping for tonight!

I used to love lindt balls but know the filling remind me of something really cheap I used to eat when I was younger. I can not remember what it was though.
I've also went right off salted caramel. It's in everything and I would rather just normal caramel now.
Never tried these though, so no idea.

I wish the whole salted thing would go away. I tried a salted caramel magnum the other day.
Salt has no place in chocolate, caramel or ice cream.
I know it is used very sparingly in some cake recipes, but salty sweets is plain wrong.

Lindt Lindor and salted caramel balls contain palm oil so it's a yuk from me.

Lindt tastes synthetic and chemically to me...and I love Cadbury 🤷🏻‍♀️

Salted caramel is an abomination.

Ok, cirrenbworking our way through a 12 quid bag bought yesterday. Mango and citrus as two of our top.
Last Christmas we to buy two adevent calendars and a few balls and managed to get about 12 quid worth of chocolate for an extra pound. I love their shops.

I ate a whole box of the mint ones last Christmas, they were delicious. I woke up in the middle of the night with the most awful heartburn and was really sick. The next day I had minty burps. Never again will they pass my lips

I don’t like chocolate very much but I do make a very occasional exception for Lindt. But only the milk truffles.

Hate the idea of salted caramel. Never tried it. Very idea makes me feel ill.

Original dark ( blue wrapper) all the way for me. 2nd would be the black- wrappered extra dark. The mint ones are definitely the bottom of the heap- mint needs dark choc! White, citrus and original are also nice.

I bought peanut butter Lindt balls for DH one Christmas . They were amazing .
But I have just put a box of salted caramel ones in my Tesco shop . I will report back .

Salted caramel lindt balls?! Oh my god. I didn't think the red ones could be improved upon! DH gets me them for Valentine's Day wrapped in cellophane from the pasticceria. Way better than flowers.
