I just accidentally created a group on Messenger with my two ex-boyfriends,panicked and left the group

I HATE Facebook! I haven't actively used Facebook for years,but have the Messenger App as I sometimes get the odd message...

Anyway,for some reason,I decided to open the Messenger App and clicked on a conversation from my ex. We haven't spoken for about two years. Then,somehow I managed to accidentally send a thumbs up! I then panicked and then somehow changed the conversation colour?!!! Which came up as 'blanche has changed the conversation colour' and I was then like 'ABORT! ABORT! ABORT!' and then....god knows how....I managed to create a group with him and my other ex!

Oh the shame. I immediately left the group,but now,as I've left it...i seemingly can't get back in to delete it? So they're know in this sad little group together? Wondering why on earth I've suddenly randomly created this group and then left it!

If either of them says anything, just admit you clicked the wrong buttons, apologise, laugh about it and forget it. If they don't contact, pretend it never happened.

If you don't, just block them.

When I used to have Facebook I did something similar by accident. My phone was awfully slow and I accidentally clicked on an old chat with an ex who I hadn't spoken to for about a year (who had since got a new gf) and like you somehow sent him a thumbs up! I was mortified and deleted and blocked him immediately which I don't know whether was the right or wrong thing to do but at least I didn't have to confront the issue ever!

My mom accidentally created a Facebook group instead of deleting the group she then kicked me out of it then she kicked everyone out of it she couldn't work out how to close it

No - no involved - I really don't know how on earth it happened,it all happened so quickly.

I don't speak to any of them anymore. I think that deleting and blocking and forgetting it ever happened is the way to go.

The thumbs up is easy to send because it’s right there on the bottom right of the screen for quick replies so if your finger accidentally touches it, that’s it.

I did the same with the thumbs up recently 😅 ex who left me in a horrible way last year and I accidently send him a thumbs up like 8 months after we split 😅 I also panicked and deleted the convo rather than the message so he then sends me a '?' And I had to style it out...what an idiot haha

It wasn't even a casual thumbs up either - it was fucking huge! Took up most of the screen!
