I must admit that 'sex with aliens' and #demonsperm did not feature on my Trump bingo card although it's not such a leap from Trump to either of those so it's probably a failure of imagination on my part.

I'm so glad others on here have said they feel they're wishing time away until November. (We've got a long long time to wait in UK for that...)

I just remember watching the results in 2016, I didn't stay up all night, but woke in the night and turned on Sky at the time it was pretty definite Trump had won and I was just in shock!
Two of my DCs rang me up the next day in the same sort of shock!

I am interested how much do die-hard Trumpers actually listen to any news or read papers? They obviously get their Trump fix from somewhere because they know all the Trump catch phrases to parrot. I just can't understand how anyone can listen to a tiny fraction of what he says and not think "this man is bonkers"
Or maybe the only thing they hear is his reassuring lies and they don't bother to wonder if there is any truth to it

He's repealed the regulation that states that communities must offer housing to all socio-economic groups. Normally that means that if a developer wants to build expensive houses in an area he must also build a certain number of more affordable housing, too.

Apparently he's trying to appeal to 'suburban housewives'.

"The Suburban Housewives of America must read this article," Trump tweeted, referring to an op-ed written in support of his repeal of the AFFH rule. "Biden will destroy your neighborhood and your American Dream. I will preserve it, and make it even better!"

He's trying to simultaneously frighten yet reassure 'suburban housewives' that he has their back so they'll vote for him.

What he's forgetting is that it was a lot of 'suburban housewives' that made up the 'Wall of Moms' in Portland (and other places).

They don't. Genuinely. My ex left me for a woman who is deep inside the trump election campaign and he has been indoctrinated, drawn into a cult. I don't know how to put it. He blocks people on social media if they criticise him or say anything positive about the democrats, anyone who said anything about BLM. He's losing childhood friends hand over fist because he is utterly unrecognisable. It's insane. Like. He's had a brain transplant.
