Lockdown Lookalike - the awful realisation......

Lockdown can be tough. I am homeschooling and am finding it hard. But after my shower this morning I looked into the mirror and the realisation hit me. I looked like the Welsh King's brother in 'The Last Kingdom'! He is not a pretty man - straggly hair, a bit fat and quite wrinkly. I was really shocked to see him staring back at me!!! Who do you look like since lockdown?

Although in the mornings before first coffee I probably resemble the Kayako ghost from “The Grudge”.

No idea, I'm avoiding mirrors like the... Coronavirus 😂

If I flick it to the side, does it look less like I need it cut?

I look like my dad in a wig have done for years though! . I'm going to cut my hair this weekend so I can look like him properly!

My DS is seriously channelling Jon Bon Jovi in Keep The Faith video though- hair is growing about an inch a week I think.
That look is probably ok on an 11 to though.

My bloody nephew! He’s 3 years younger than me and a bit strange. A couple of years ago I did one of those face swap things to see what I would look like as a man and lo an behold, we are basically twins. Now, after 2 months of self-neglect, every time I look in the mirror a fat version of him stares right back at me. The misery is real.

I look like my granny but I had my microblading topped up before lockdown so I look like my granny if she had really great eyebrows. And unlike my granny I don’t have a Woodbine permanently dangling from my lips.

This will be me, very shortly, if I don't stop buying make up and random tat on line.

These are brilliant!!! Even the grump from earlier made me laugh!! What an eejit! Some of these images I am having to research though - I like the look of the 'scary stories' and 'the grudge'. As a film/programme - not as a look though!! Sorry! 🤣

Chill out, it's just a bit of light hearted fun & banter! you know, jokes? Personally after a home dye that went drastically wrong once & not having great hair cutting skills I'd rather wait to get my hair done properly. It must be great to be so perfectly groomed all the time!

I look like a slightly longer haired version of waffle doggy! There’s no getting away from it.
I’ve lost my baby weight in six weeks with stress and frustration at home schooling 2 and breastfeeding another, the endless laundry, cooking, entertainment for children at home, tripping over the bastarding twat cat, cleaning, chainring loo rolls, picking up all the stuff and things left on the floor- I fear there will be just a dust pile of me left by the end of this. (I expect I’ll need to clean this up too)

Hahaha! This literally made me laugh out loud, as I lie here in my hungover pit of despair, putting off flopping out of bed to make my weekend video call with work, hair everywhere and weighing 14 stone more than when lockdown began!

Also, my Glaswegian mate is always telling me to ‘have a day off Randomgirl’, so that’s also lightened my mood!

Wish me luck as I make the dreaded 20 steps downstairs into the real world...
