I’m 45 - tragic mid life crisis territory or fuck it you only live once?

If it suits then go for it. Age doesn't matter.

Reappearing to add that my piercings and hair colour aren't the result of overcoming trauma. It's because I like the way I look.

Strangers approach me at least once a week to compliment me (and I'm in the south east where we don't speak to Other People unless it's to tut and roll our eyes that Clapham Junction is bolloxed again). Interestingly it's quite often older people as webuilt says. Babies also find me fascinating which is handy as I quite enjoy a game of peekaboo and my two are now far too old and cool for such shenanigans. Grin

BUT! - the looks you will get! If that`s the level you are aiming for, then go for it!

^^ WTF? Really? What exactly is this "level"? Level of what? How shallow can you get?

I've had my nose stud for over a year and not one fucker has given me "a look" 🙄

I have 3 piercings in my nose and 40. One is 20 years old and 2 are recent. Who cares.

Happyadventurer · 18/01/2020 18:15

I’m 73 and I have one 😊

I voted ‘not unreasonable’ because of course it’s not, if you like nose piercings. I don’t personally, I don’t like any piercings apart from one in the earlobe. But you are definitely not being unreasonable 😊

Presumably ‘low rent’ means tacky or lower class. Pretty unkind to say that. And extremely judgemental 😳
