Hermes have "returned" my parcel at my request?!

I ordered 2 items that were going very cheap from studio on 28th November. Have been waiting all this time to have them delivered. Finally got an email this morning saying Hermes would deliver tonight from between 6-8pm. Just checked the tracking now only for it to say

"Update on your parcel. You've asked us to return your parcel to the sender - it's on the way back"

I did nothing of the sort! Now the items have sold out online so I reckon they'll be sent back to studio and I'll not be able to get them back as once they go back to warehouse I know things cant be traced once scanned in! Absolutely fuming as the items were a bargain. Has anyone else had hermes do this to them?

I don't think I've ever had Hermes delivery anything to me without some kind of drama. Once a pair of jeans went missing because the label got damaged so was returned to sender. I reordered them then the original turned up. Another time a parcel failed to arrive because the driver read the address upside down and took it to number 6 instead of number 9! And most recently the driver failed to leave it in my designated safe place because they were trying the wrong door. So I'm not surprised in the slightest that they've done this OP.

Parcel received! Lady 2 doors down just brought it round and said "this was in my bin?" Tracking still doesn't say it's been delivered though Good luck everyone!

U can message the seller to not use hermes.also if u dnt like the hermes courier u can banned him from delivering ur parcels.and its ur right .

Hermes are the worst, they Lie and fail deliver, they don’t reply to emails and you cannot get through anyone, shocked they are still in business
