Does it really matter. Its a forum with a huge number of people visiting each day each with their own way of posting. I never understand why people get so collectively pissy about it. Just smacks of snobbery IMO. I’m not a fan of hun/babes etc but I welcome a bit of diversity on here.

I have noticed a massive change and stopped using mumsnet as much since netmums ‘went down’.

There’s been much victim blaming on threads where women are being abused and that’s the reason I stopped reading netmums. Usually MN is very helpful when it comes to bad relationships, it’s sad to see women being told their partners atrocious behaviour is fine. I don’t use MN as often anymore.
