Just be careful of tiny parasitic fish, attracted by your urine, swimming into your urethra.

I remember reading a while ago that a leisure centre somewhere had added a urine indicator chemical into the water to stop people peeing in the pool. It had the opposite effect as I recall; small boys were leaping into the water, weeing as the jumped, to see who could generate the biggest cloud of the chemical. You should be safe in the sea though!

Of course it's ok to see in the sea. Don't poo- my nephew pooed in the sea and it floated up and bobbed about in front of everyone paddling at the edge.

The fish problem is I believe only in the Amazon.
