To ask what deodorant you use?

I sweat a lot, especially in this heat. I hate stinking of bo. I shower daily and have used various different deodorants but nothing seems to help.

What deodorants do you all use?

Lume. It's all natural. Works great on the odor. And it was over 100° here last week.

EyeDrops · 24/07/2019 23:06

The only failsafe one I've found is Perspirex - it's one you have on overnight then wash off in the morning. It keeps me really dry (and I've tried many over the years!)

Thehop · 24/07/2019 23:07

I sweat a lot, and shower 2-3 times a day. Fresh sweat doesn’t smell.

I have most success with dove go fresh (the pear one is gorgeous)

BuffaloCauliflower · 24/07/2019 23:07

Lush Aromaco bar. Doesn’t stop sweating but does stop smells and no packaging. I’ve always been very sweaty as a person and didn’t think I’d cope without antiperspirant but I’m converted

TakemedowntoPotatoCity · 24/07/2019 23:07

I use Mitchum usually

cheeseheaven · 24/07/2019 23:09

Any Sure roll on followed by the men’s Nivea blue aerosol. Men’s spray seems to last so much longer

Withnailandaye · 24/07/2019 23:09

Mitchum 48hr cream.
Best one yet.
I used to love the 'SURE maximum protection' one but I prefer the mitchum one now as it's just as good, if not better, and it's cheaper.

MommytoA · 24/07/2019 23:09

Sure maximum protect. It's amazing. I never ever smell with it as I don't sweat. Used it for years now and wouldn't use anything else. The dove one I find doesn't work as well.

TeamUnicorn · 24/07/2019 23:10

I have just discovered Mitchum Ultimate. Seems to work wonders. (Though very bad for deodorant marks)

AtSea1979 · 24/07/2019 23:10

Mitchum, won’t use anything else now

CherithPonsonby · 24/07/2019 23:10

I sometimes use antiperspirant (pink amplex or plain Mum, eg) but I do react a bit, blocked/irritated pores and itchiness.

Other times I rub in a bit of coconut oil instead, which is not too bad, smell wise. It doesn’t prevent sweating though.

MoistOwlette · 24/07/2019 23:10

Faith in Nature. Tackles the smell rather than the sweat.

NormHonal · 24/07/2019 23:11

Dove Maximum Protection on my armpits, although you need a squirt of a spray to deal with back sweat!

MrsElijahMikaelson1 · 24/07/2019 23:12

Mitchum always and I stay dry

lavenderbluedilly · 24/07/2019 23:12

Mitchum 48 hour spray, it’s the only thing works for me and also my teen DC

I use it at least twice daily

SerenDippitty · 24/07/2019 23:12

Simple (roll on). I find it gentle and effective.

PositiveVibez · 24/07/2019 23:13

I used to use one called driclor. It was expensive and you put it on at night. I need to go back to it as I am having the same issues.

Xyzzzzz · 24/07/2019 23:14

Nivea

Fruitbatdancer · 24/07/2019 23:15

Mitchum unperfumed. Stick not spray. Only think that doesn’t irritate skin or make me pong.

cookiemonster3 · 24/07/2019 23:15

Mitchum 48h gel. Tried the cream but I react to it. This is the only one I can use every day that works and doesn't bring me out in a rash.

mychildrenarebarmy · 24/07/2019 23:15

Natural Deodorant Co I’m currently using their Vanilla and Manuka one but also love the Tangerine.

Maybelle15 · 24/07/2019 23:17

Another for mitchum

ImogenTubbs · 24/07/2019 23:18

Sanex deodorant stick - you probably need a bigger Boots or Superdrug to find it! I've tried many - this is the only one that really seems to stop me sweating and it's paraben and aluminum free and all the good things. They do spray as well but the stick does the job for me.

tobee · 24/07/2019 23:19

Soft and Gentle spray. For some reason everything else feels sticky.

Ellona · 24/07/2019 23:22

I use mens right guard spray and mens sure invisible roll on. I am a sweaty betty and find mens works way better. Minimal sweat and no smell
