Broken shoulder. Can’t get comfy. Anyone awake?

Me. Massive bout of anxiety.
Have you got pain killers? How did you do it?

Me :) I'm abroad, it's too hot and i have no AC, yet a hectic day tomorrow

Me. Can’t sleep at the moment . My mum has Parkinson’s and it’s a constant worry .

Me, anxiety too, just had a panic attack, trying to calm down

Me, I've been vomiting all day and my throat and neck hurt like crazy so no sleep!

Hot showers always help with my anxiety attacks, they relive it for a little bit.

36+4 weeks pregnant and in a bit of pain... feels like indigestion, either way I don't feel too good

I'm in a hotel room 200 miles from home, supposed to be in a conference tomorrow, think I might drive home at first light, feel shit

Spent the day horrendously hungover after drinking far too much wine and too many shots last night. Still feeling a bit fragile but not at all sleepy now

Me , I never go to sleep until 1 or 2 am , you have my sympathy OP shoulder pain is really difficult .

Me. Putting of transferring ds to his cot. How'd you break the shoulder?

Moi! I'm babysitting my younger brother, and he's beside me. I can hear his snoring through my earphones

You have my sympathy too op, shoulder pain is up there with back pain for being next to impossible to deal with properly

Me. Got the shits yet again. Just bought an intolerance test of Groupon which is deffo a gimmick, but anything to make me feel better 😂

Me, I fell asleep putting DD to bed now wide awake.

Fell off bike. Sympathies to all of you too. I’d keep baby there. I miss those night time snuggles now but was hard work at the time time. I’ve only basic painkillers. Going to GP tomorrow hopefully to get the good stuff. I want to be sedated again. It was heavenly relief.

Me. Sleep deprived last night, now over-tired. Also, don’t want to go to work in the a.m. so I am procrastinating sleep

I am but should try to get to sleep soon as alarm set for 6!

For the poster with panic attack, try the 3 min breathing thing. I had one in the middle of the night last night, woke up feeling really sick, and it worked.

i wont be going to sleep at all or if he does drop off its 6-8am

he slept last night so i cant see him sleeping tonight

As for the anxiety folks, have a hand hold. It sucks. I am regretting googling my shoulder stuff.

Got a cracked rib so can't get comfy to sleep. I feel ur pain. Esp as dp is snoring next to me!

Yeah. I went to bed at 9, the baby woke for a feed at 11 but took a while to get back down and I’ve not been able to get back to sleep since.
Been stressing about organising DS1’s birthday party, of all things.
I’ll just drift off and DS2 will wake up for another feed, you mark my words.

Me. Sat in children’s admissions unit with 2yo ds2. Poor little guy has severe tonsillitis and is dehydrated from d&v and refusing all rehydration attempts.
