There's a long time until the first of July,@MaxStress. It'll work out. Hope you're okThanks

scarecrowhead · 10/06/2019 01:01

I've calmed down a bit now, done a jigsaw on my kindle. Think I need to see the gp for medication, was on it a few years back and thought I was doing ok, obviously not Confused

scarecrowhead · 10/06/2019 01:02

Thanksto everyone else who's struggling tonight

beargryllshasabigrope · 10/06/2019 01:04

Me because my children don't sleep. Wake up number 3 so far this evening. I could cry, it's every night.

Stillneedwillpower · 10/06/2019 01:05

Me. I'm in a lot of pain. I've got rheumatoid arthritis and some other issues, and my knees are killing me. It's the same most nights and I'm sick of it.

I hope your pain meds kick in and that you get your shoulder fixed Flowers

handbaghoarderr · 10/06/2019 01:06

I've also got sore legs, a sore stomach, and my nerves are bad.

cheeseislife8 · 10/06/2019 01:08

I'm awake! Anxious as fuck today and DH snores like an asthmatic grizzly bear

wobblebot · 10/06/2019 01:09

🙋🏼‍♀️ meeeee.

I have severe endometriosis coupled with crippling anxiety.
To top it off, DH caused a huge argument then went to bed leaving me with my awful thoughts.

lookingatthings · 10/06/2019 01:11

Baby slept soudly next to me for an hour. Put baby in cot. Laid awake for 10 mins listening to baby breath. DH cough and rolls over. Baby wakes up and cries. Baby back next to me. Asleep within a minute.

StarJumpAlertTakeCover · 10/06/2019 01:27

Hello all.
On a family holiday. Everyone still outside laughing.
I’m in bed now. Drinking tea. So tired.
Earlier I cooked and prepared all the meals for 11 of us.
Happy holidays indeed x

Ispywithmycynicaleye · 10/06/2019 01:28

Me too. 34 weeks pregnant. Got awful SPD and restless legs which has keeps me awake most nights.

11 month old DD is asleep next to my side of the bed in her cot. Ironically it's now me who wakes her up through the night on my many trips to the bathroom Grin

Don't envy your broken shoulder! I fell down my stairs not so long ago hitting the shoe cupboard at the bottom. Broke 2 bones in my foot and dislocated my toes. Pain still haunts me!

If you buy co-codomol at the pharmacy buy the tablets and not the soluble ones. Soluble contains caffeine, definitely wont help you sleep!!

bebeboeuf · 10/06/2019 01:29

I’m awake contemplating the calorific content of the halloumi I had for dinner.

It’s something I never buy but thought I’d give it a go as an alternative to chicken

bebeboeuf · 10/06/2019 01:30

I’m also googling everything about Chernobyl as after watching the mini series I need to know All The Facts

mumofwantwomany · 10/06/2019 01:40

Wish I could take a sleeping pill and come out but school run tomorrow 🙄

mumofwantwomany · 10/06/2019 01:41

**conk out!!

handbaghoarderr · 10/06/2019 01:43

@mumofwantwomany I took two melatonin tablets at 21:00 and I've not slept, so don't worry, you're not missing out!

Pulipatchouli · 10/06/2019 01:57

I'm up because of painful hysterectomy scar, wondering if I ll ever be able to have sex successfully again.

PenelopePeachStone · 10/06/2019 02:06

Im awake too... Am 32+2 weeks pregnant with first and worrying about everything.... Plus have terrible back and shoulder pain... Plus hubby is snoring like a warthog.... I can hear him from downstairs with earplugs....

LoveMySituation · 10/06/2019 02:06

Me. Had a sudden huge perimenopausal flood earlier, down to knees on pyjamas,
now too scared to sleep in case I wake up in a bloodbath in a few hours timeHmm

Pulipatchouli · 10/06/2019 02:15

Lovemysituation

...that kind of thing is how I've ended up with a hysterectomy scar...

RomanyQueen · 10/06/2019 02:22

I feel a fraud, as i've no reason. I tell myself I'll go earlier everyday and it usually gets to 3 or 4am.
I just want a normal 9-5 day, I'd have to get up if I had a job, just can't do it.
Not lazy part of mh issue, not sure what.
Sorry to those in pain, or those worrying Thanks
I talk to my ds when he has a panic attack, he's a grown up but I'm usually around.

funinthesun19 · 10/06/2019 02:26

Me. My baby isn’t sleeping very well so I’m not either. I’m exhausted Sad

mumofwantwomany · 10/06/2019 02:30

I'm watching Teleshopping. It's actually very soothing (single parent so no adult company at night)
