You know, the kind of behaviour only you know about which is unusual, and would make people go Hmm but you love doing?

For example, I binge on three different Netflix programmes at any one time in what I call a "3-2-1" sequence, which goes like this:

  • I will watch a long series (currently Peep Show) 3 episodes at a time
  • then I will watch 2 episodes of a shorter series (Santa Clarita Diet at the mo)
  • I'll then watch one episode of a weekly-type series after that (Jane the Virgin season 5 at the moment)
  • Then it starts with the 3 episodes again, and so on and so forth

I can't deviate from the 3-2-1 sequence, and if for example I've finished the Santa Clarita Diet episodes but the next episode of Jane the Virgin isn't on until 2 day's time, I'll wait to watch anything more until then. I can't just skip it and watch the next 3 Peep Shows, or the world will probably end or something

I don't know why I do this or when it started, but it works for me ConfusedGrin

Please make me feel normal and tell me your secret weird behaviour

I daydream a lot and love putting my music on and dreaming away while pottering it’s so enjoyable

I often give exclusive interviews about my new book/film/music production (don’t do the promotional trail it’s written in my contract) though being very shy and a private person the person interviewing me feels honored and is amazed by my wit and beauty (though not sure they are so exclusive given how many I have done)

I do a ridiculous amount of unnecessary research I can’t watch a film or series without researching facts 🙄 I have to put my phone away or it takes me three times as long to watch it. I get obsessive about things (not people), cities, countries, times in history and so on

Often filmed cooking

I live inside my head too much

I spend lots of time day dreaming, as I'm home alone quite a bit I'll have full on conversations in my head essentially with myself. Sometimes it's conversations in my head with others!

I had a habit where I my head I'm super motivated so I'll get something I desperately need, then it just sits for eternity gathering dust.

I'm a stationary addict, you can't beat a good pen. (Or twenty!)

DH is addicted to buying random crap people sell on FB, then is astounded when the alleged amazing gadget doesn't work.

DH also loves supermarkets at marked down time. We end up with lots of stuff on the turn that often gets binned. He also doesn't believe in expiry dates, even after a nasty bout of food poisoning.

Finally if I see a solo magpie, I'll google them to to see a second to salute. (Two for joy!)

twittlebee don’t do that. If you don’t kick the habit of fiddling with the inside of your ears, you will eventually end up with continuous white noise.
