to want a no deal Brexit NOW

I honestly think that a no-deal Brexit followed by recession, blockades, rotting food, empty supermarkets, disappearing multi-natiionals, factories and banks relocating abroad, job losses, more job losses in the hundreds of thousands, civil unrest, rationing and power cuts are the ONLY way to get people to sit up and realise that "the will of the people" was a complete con based on lies and deception and that we actually should be in the EU.

Perhaps, but is that widespread realisation worth the ballache?

Arkos · 06/02/2019 20:43

There's a Brexit topic

YetAnotherThing · 06/02/2019 20:43

But it would be too late to do rectify.
It’s just so awful. Feel really depressed about it all.

There's a Brexit topic

MooFeatures · 06/02/2019 20:44

And by the time it (inevitably) happens - what are we meant to do about it? I can’t see any of the remaining states clamouring to let us back in!

Arkos · 06/02/2019 20:44

There's always a Brexit topic. This is another one.

Once I watched David Attenborough talking about ants.
There is a specific Austrian on fungus that uses ants as a host. It drills into an ant’s Brain and then rewires it to program the ant to climb up to the highest point on a plant it can reach. Once there, it calcifies the ant’s brain and consumes it as it slowly dies.

The ant never has a clue it’s been infected.

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 06/02/2019 20:48

You really want all that to happen? Just to prove the leavers wrong. Ok.

SilverySurfer · 06/02/2019 20:48

Arkos · 06/02/2019 20:49

Have you written to your mp? If not stop boring the rest of us with your nonsense and put your 51 days to good use.
Truth is no one knows how it'll turn out...

Santaclarita · 06/02/2019 20:52

It might not be as bad as we think.

But it probably will. And if its a no deal, the EU will hardly want us back will they?

DontMakeMeShushYou · 06/02/2019 20:57

If not stop boring the rest of us with your nonsense and put your 51 days to good use.

You don't have to read and comment if you don't like it. You especially don't have to comment multiple times saying the same thing over and over. That really is boring.

Arkos · 06/02/2019 21:01

I know it's boring...sort of my point. That surely something more original would make for better reading.

Barbie222 · 06/02/2019 21:06

Is that true about the ants?

lljkk · 06/02/2019 21:08

I understand, OP.

TalkinPeece · 06/02/2019 21:12

@Arkos
What new and original thoughts do you have about Brexit?

Donald Tusk is right about the proponents of Brexit

starzig · 06/02/2019 21:13

Arkos.... do you know there is a brexit topic?

LittleOwl153 · 06/02/2019 21:14

And what do you propose happens in Ireland whilst all this is going on?

PinkGin24 · 06/02/2019 21:15

What I can't wait for is when NONE of that happens, and the remainers are made a laughing stock.

Bring on the No Deal.
