Oh, if a 'core' follower gets 2 pennies more on their refund, they'll praise him to the skies. If they actually owe more, they'll probably blame the Democrats for it.

As it is it appears that those trying to 'explain away' increased taxes are putting it down to an individual 'not paying attention' to their situation and increasing their withholding. So, if they get a refund, Scrotus is responsible for it. If they owe, it's their own fault. Nothing new there.
