Aibu to ask why you are awake?

About hour and half ago had cramp which lasted 10 minutes. Fell asleep. Now woken up with the aftermath. Put some ibuprofen gel on.it. hurts like hell

Because I've slept most of today and I need to finish some work before 12 tomorrow but I'm really low right now and can't get the motivation together at all.

My 20 month old wont sleep! I am annoyed because got to get up for the school run tomorrow, She hasnt woken up from her sleep either she just has not slept at all 😭

Because I'm worrying about some work I've got to do tomorrow (today!) involving meeting new people and, obviously, being up all night is really going to help me make a good first impression.

3.5 year old woke up for the loo nearly an hour ago and I struggle with sleep at this time of the month.

I've not long finished work and trying to unwind/switch off...it's difficult tonight, work tested my very last nerve this weekend.

I'm also trying to write a to do list for tomorrow, I've so much to do

I had a beer earlier - just one - and now I have a headache that's keeping me awake. I hate my body's random reaction to alcohol - never know how it's going to go.

I don't understand the alcohol thing though? Always makes me sleepy, I thought it did that for most people?

Nah @domton, last night I went clubbing with friends, drank quite a lot (did not get drunk though) got back after four and finally fell asleep sometime after five because I was still very, very awake.

I'm pregnant, uncomfortable and our boiler has just broken. Four days after we needed a new tyre and a week after a big leak in the house. I'm feeling really fed up about it all.
