Stormypaige · 14/01/2019 02:56

I don’t want tomorrow to come. I want time to stand still

SophiaLovesSummer · 14/01/2019 02:57

@sobeyondhtehills There was an awesome thread a couple of years ago in AIBU** about everything-you-ever-needed-to-know-about PIP assessments written by someone who'd been an assessor but quit in disgust. It was incredibly comprehensive and offered very clear advice on what to do/not do.

**She posted in AIBU for traffic/visibility - thread was called something like 'AIBU to tell you about PIP assessments'

Lovingbenidorm · 14/01/2019 03:00

Why Stormypaige ?
Are you ok?

sobeyondthehills · 14/01/2019 03:01

@SophiaLovesSummer

Thank you
I have read it right the way through, this is a little different because its the tribunal stage,

Tigresswoods · 14/01/2019 03:04

Because we started decluttering our lives & now all I see & can think of is all the stuff I want rid of.

Writersblock2 · 14/01/2019 03:11

Toothache. And worry over said toothache. I’m not currently registered with a dentist and I’m really loathe to go the emergency dentist route but looks like I’ll have to. Preferred dentist can’t get me a normal appointment for another week. 😐

fizzandchips · 14/01/2019 03:13

@SophialovesSummer
Are you aware of a connection between chronic fatigue and implant? I have both

SnowyLaMarr · 14/01/2019 03:16

Severe chest pain which I suspect may be pleurisy. Going to the walk in centre first thing.

HJWT · 14/01/2019 03:19

I woke up because I could hear DD talking to herself in bed, went in to check on her and shes pointing at something giggling ! Freaks me out everry time ..... Sad

justilou1 · 14/01/2019 03:23

Because I’m in Australia and it’s lunchtime, and though I couldn’t sleep last night I’d really love to now, I really can’t because I have to take the dog to the vet for an X-ray for a suspected broken toe and then pay for it. (She has been running around under the power lines hunting possums that she is too slow, too big and too stupid to ever have a hope of catching and now I have to pay for this!!! Gaaaaaah! Mondays!!!!)

HidingFromMyKids · 14/01/2019 03:25

Newest addition to the family is 6 days old and wants to feed all night and won't go down at all.
😴😴

Honeyroar · 14/01/2019 03:27

Because I'm in California. The insomnia will follow when I get home on Tuesday with jet lag!

SkippedALightFandango · 14/01/2019 03:28

I’m getting over a lurgy and have been sleeping all over the place. My body clock is buggered. Would really like to get up and make a cup of tea but then I will disturb my dogs and they will jump all over me

Placebogirl · 14/01/2019 03:28

It's the middle of the afternoon in Australia. Work would have my head if I was asleep :)

OneInAMillionYou · 14/01/2019 03:31

I stayed up waiting for the Game of Thrones date announcement (and trailer!) and to watch the Australian Open tennis.
Waiting for Dan Evans to come into court.

I am generally an insomniac anyway, for all sorts of reasons, pain amongst them, and only get a few hours per night on a normal day.

It's nice to know I'm not the only one. Sorry for everyone in pain....

user1494670108 · 14/01/2019 03:33

I blame the menopause, have been awake at this time for an hour or so every night for about a week.
It'll go again eventually as it's happened a few times now and fortunately I don't seem to be more tired in the day

SneakyGremlins · 14/01/2019 03:34

I've been playing the Sims for eight hours Blush

SophiaLovesSummer · 14/01/2019 03:36

@fizzandchips

You're going to be okFlowers You have Breast Implant Illness [BII].

Unequivocally - if you have CFS (amongst others** like joint pain, brain fog, food intolerances, autoimmune disorders) you 1000% have BII.

You need to explant (in a very specific way called EnBloc which is where the implant is removed still within the capsule) but you will recover either significantly or completely. I'm guessing you may not believe that right now if you're as seriously ill as I & so many others were before we discovered BII but it's true. And I get that you don't dare to hope, but you can hope now as, whilst it's a bit of a journey, you are going to get seismically betterFlowers

I've linked to the symptoms page for you but pretty much everything else you need to know is also on that site. There is also a closed facebook group with over 65,000 women on - you are by no means alone. I have to go now but PM me if need to.

sashh · 14/01/2019 03:37

Because I am a morning person and it is morning.

cafenoirbiscuit · 14/01/2019 03:38

Always thirsty since starting Dry January- I had 5 pints of squash during the evening and have needed a wee about a bazillion times

SophiaLovesSummer · 14/01/2019 03:41

@fizzandchips

Mr David Floyd - best explant surgeon in London/SE.

Mr Guy Sterne is best surgeon in Midlands.

Right, I really HAVE to run now BUT you're gonna be ok again Star

Biggerknickersagain · 14/01/2019 03:43

Same as I posted on the last thread asking this -
At work am I ever anywhere else 🙄
😁

Flowers to all of you that are up with DC, mine now 16 but I remember the days well!
And Flowers as well to all of you poorly or in pain I hope you manage some relief and sleep soon.

pasturesgreen · 14/01/2019 03:53

Because insomnia is a bitch 😔

SimplySteve · 14/01/2019 03:54

Woken up by excruciating pain thanks to biliary colic.

Just lying here with MN and an audiobook. Need to go out at 9am too.

PenelopeFlintstone · 14/01/2019 04:00

Because I'm in Australia.

Have you got a jar of gherkins or pickled onions, OP? DH has bad leg cramps and google advised to sip the vinegar that comes from those jars. Worked almost instantaneously.
