Little man

Brexit means Brexit

Parent ( as a verb)

DayManChampionOfTheSun · 29/12/2018 14:14

'Triggered'

What is wrong with just saying 'that upsets me'?

LiveSleepSnore · 29/12/2018 14:15

" on the wrong side of history"

..too arrogant and damning of others opinions, imo!

stopitandtidyupp · 29/12/2018 14:15

Triggered yes!!

The amount of teenagers saying to each other.
" Are you triggered?"

FuzzyCustard · 29/12/2018 14:16

Starting every sentence with "so...."

Gatekeeper · 29/12/2018 14:16

"reaching out" unless for biscuits

DayManChampionOfTheSun · 29/12/2018 14:17

stopitandtidyupp hahaha yes!

TruckLoadOfSubtleGlitter · 29/12/2018 14:17

I know, right?

People need to stop, it's awful.

FlippinNora1 · 29/12/2018 14:17

Identify

I don’t identify as anything. I’m just me.

setAsProfile · 29/12/2018 14:17

@stopitandtidyupp

You're 2/3 correct but 'parent' has been a verb for a long time! Smile

@stopitandtidyup

Surely "triggered" is only used sarcastically?

OP posts:
midsomermurderess · 29/12/2018 14:18

I'd love to see the back of the idiotic 'get your ducks in a row'.

DayManChampionOfTheSun · 29/12/2018 14:19

setAsProfile sadly I don't think it is, I have heard people IRL say 'that triggers my xxx' etc.

MrsMoastyToasty · 29/12/2018 14:19

missmouse101 · 29/12/2018 14:20

Reaching out. Say contacted instead.
Absolutely. Say yes instead.
Obsessed with. Say likes instead.
Can I get. Say please may I have instead.

DayManChampionOfTheSun · 29/12/2018 14:21

Oooh also all phrases that demean mental illnesses. Saying 'I have bad OCD', when the person just likes a tidyish house, as an example.

Lantern92 · 29/12/2018 14:21

"Living my best life" Hmm

stopitandtidyupp · 29/12/2018 14:21

You're 2/3 correct but 'parent' has been a verb for a long time!

I should have said in agreement with the thread the other day.

@stopitandtidyup

Surely "triggered" is only used sarcastically?

Yes it is still annoying when they do it to wind each other up.

AGHHHH · 29/12/2018 14:22

Triggered

setAsProfile · 29/12/2018 14:23

@stopit

Oh, ok.

If we're talking about parts of speech, 'anxiety' as opposed to 'anxious'?

OP posts:
FusionChefGeoff · 29/12/2018 14:24

Super instead of very

Gotthetshirt23 · 29/12/2018 14:25

Making memories

CanaryFish · 29/12/2018 14:26

Pupper and doggo

Tony2 · 29/12/2018 14:26

Service User. Hideous phrase designed to dehumanise.

LiveSleepSnore · 29/12/2018 14:27

Ooh yes I don't like "super chilled" for calm for some reason.

LiveSleepSnore · 29/12/2018 14:28

To Service User I add stakeholder.
