To be annoyed at people in large 4X4 pickups to complain that parking spaces too small

Hi, I had parked my car neatly within the lines marked out for the parking bay and was just returning back to it when a woman in a MASSIVE pick-up truck parks right next to me and so i have to wait as she gets out of her car.
She almost bashes my side of the car and then she gives me a look an says "Its not my fault these spaces are not big enough"
I had to really bite my tongue as she had two school age children with her as i would have loved to have said "well, most people drive normal cars and we don't all have a fat arse like you"
Because, no kidding, she was a fat arsed lady, almost totally round, no wonder she can't fit in spaces.
God help her if someone blocks her in, should be a funny sight trying to crawl in the boot to move the car.
Sorry about the rant, but she really got on my goat.

although she probably is entitled to a disabled parking badge and at least i didn't go in one of them.

i was going to drop her off at the entrance and then go and park, but the space beckoned to me.
anyway, it would have been mean not to let some kids walk further to jump in all the puddles

shame about the irrelevant fat thing, tbh. because in general i agree, having been boxed in on both sides by selfish wankers in ginormous 4x4s at the supermarket, forcing me to squeak out of the space leaving dd barely strapped into the trolley, i think i'd have been the natural ally of the OP.

Cant believe how everyone had a go at Ripeberry for calling a spade a spade I don't think ripeberry called her fat arsed to her face(imo all 4x4s should be banned from most streets (and all carparks) then the problem wouldn't arise).
Lulu if it had been here the only reason she didn't bash the car was probably because the OP was standing between them!! If she gets blocked in would prob.plan on just driving over the top.

I don't know why there is this label on 4x4 drivers being a certain kind of person? In my experience the drivers who park either over the white lines or at an angle own smaller cars.

j20 bus drivers do that too.
Round here they like stopping one on each side of the road , opening the windows and chatting!

OK everyone, i'm told off and i'm sorry about the fat thing, its just because she had to open her door SO wide to get out.
I've got raging PMT today and anyone who gets on my nerves today gets bitten.

lol, what crap. where have you gleaned this experience from? unless they're only parking over the lines because they quite fancy opening their doors and some twat in a 4x4 has taken up every inch of room in the adjacent space.

Ignore all these fat arsed detractors. I hate 4X4 greedy road hogs and there is something irritating about their fat arses and I speak as a fat arsed woman myself but I squeeze it into a sociably sized car.
