I've been wondering where Bellingcat's info has been coming from. It's a "citizen journalist" site which grew out of tracking chemical weapons usage in Syria, and investigating the shooting down of the Malaysian airlines flight MH17, so seems to have a certain amount of Russia expertise.

Info on the Skripal poisoners appears to have been coming from within Russian institutions.
