Can someone with a better grasp of the US legal system than me help out with if (when, I fear) he is confirmed?

I assume charges can still be brought against him? This wave of witnesses, evidence, etc. doesn't just stop, right?

It was inevitable, I suppose, with China engaging in massive industrial espionage, that something like those would happen.

For those that haven't read it, spy chips have been included on some motherboards manufactured in China, and have ended up in computers everywhere from Amazon to the CIA.

IIRC, that barely-used but strangely-well-followed Twitter account of George the covfefe boy seemed to be entirely centred around her – and then "his" sudden political statements.
