New thread and still wondering why there has been no apology or acknowledgement of the incident in Loose Women last week.

Was CN on LW on Friday?

OP posts:
obviouslyperfect · 02/09/2018 18:13

I ask because I didn't think she was but her son says in this article that she was supposed to be.

Ah yes, he tweeted it here. She was supposed to be on then.

So the producers did make a decision to keep her off last week then.

Sorry about the four posts, am posting in real time lol!

I thought it was cheeky that on Friday's This Morning they did a piece about Stacy Solomon being bullied, and thy failed to mention CN

redshoeblueshoe · 02/09/2018 18:32

they Blush

southeastdweller · 02/09/2018 18:36

It’s another ITV show, the bosses all cover each other’s backs.

redshoeblueshoe · 02/09/2018 18:41

CN and her DS can say what they like about not apologising but ITV can demand it.
I wish ITV would rethink its schedule.
I'd get rid of 90% of the stuff on there

obviouslyperfect · 02/09/2018 18:58

She has to apologise, there’s been thousands of complaints and the “get her off the loose women panel” signatures will be at 20,000 by the time the programme airs tomorrow if the rate of signing overnight is the same as last night.

OP posts:
obviouslyperfect · 02/09/2018 18:59

That’s 20,000 not buying the album!

... she revealed she once listened to Shane Jr having sex for more than four minutes and was ‘dead impressed.’ To make matters worse, she added: ‘When he came round I played it for him and his girlfriend. I had to embarrass him.’

Yes, I wonder what the GF thought about that? Shock

Although she could have been relieved CN didn't try and pull him off and whisper 'he'll never be all yours' in her ear I suppose ....

www.heart.co.uk/showbiz/coleen-nolans-son-shane-bemoans-creepy-behaviour/

Seriously, though - I think the woman has issues. I have DS's, and I think I'm pretty liberal, but those stories are vile.

obviouslyperfect · 02/09/2018 19:04

Was she impressed because he lasted for 4 minutes? Confused

OP posts:
obviouslyperfect · 02/09/2018 19:07

Posted too soon, sorry...

or did she mean impressed by the noise? I assumed the latter at first because she taped it but on rereading...

Also, why did she continue to listen?

I don’t understand it.

Was she impressed because he lasted for 4 minutes?

Quite. Not even long enough to boil an egg.

PrickWhittington · 02/09/2018 19:15

or did she mean impressed by the noise? I assumed the latter at first because she taped it but on rereading...

I can't think about that atm as I've just eaten.

Also, why did she continue to listen?

Not even just listen ffs - it says she was recording it! Seriously though, I've had 5 DS's, if I ever even heard a bed post knock once when they had someone round, the hoover would go on! And funnily enough, it never crossed my mind to try and record it. Gross.

HelenaDove · 02/09/2018 19:24

YY Prick there was a brilliant scene in Gavin and Stacey where Alison Steadman turned the radio on and started singing Could it be Magic to cover up the noises coming from Gavins bedroom. That and what you posted would be most parents reaction.

LadyRochfordsHoickedGusset · 02/09/2018 19:41

I didn't know about that until these threads, only knew of the paying for a prostitute. Very strange relationships with her DC Confused.

obviouslyperfect · 02/09/2018 19:42

The newby is having another go at editing Nolan’s Wiki page using their new found wiki skills 😆

LadyRochfordsHoickedGusset · 02/09/2018 19:46

Do they not realise how transparent they are are to anyone with a fingertip and internet access 🤦🏻‍♀️...

obviouslyperfect · 02/09/2018 19:47

I think I started something re the wiki.

Shall I also point out the spelling and grammatical errors on her official page and see if they get changed?

Are

No that's the last bastion obviously, save that in reserve.

heartsease68 · 02/09/2018 20:00

KW is so clearly damaged and she readily admits it. She's unpleasant to be around when she's triggered but not in the evil, maverick, scheming way that CN tries to imply. I disagree with the idea that KW had an agenda in the CBB house - no one would have such a disastrous agenda, - falsely playing the victim of bullying while coming over so aggressive? It makes no sense. It's clear that she genuinely felt bullied on the show and acted with disastrous authenticity.

Consequently the situation on LW would have triggered those feelings all over again. She didn't have a chance to consent to it because she was misled with the offer of an apology - something that would be very attractive and potentially healing for someone in her position. Yet someone was making money out of this misrepresentation at her expense.

It must have been humiliating and distressing to come out and find, not a reconciliatory CN but the ghoulish JSP dressed like a judge and the two Nolan sisters with glassy eyes, pursed lips and, eventually, callous taunts. Plus an audience inclined to titter obediently.

Perhaps it wouldn't have been particularly bullying for other celebrities but KW's issues are written all over her and the comments only intensified when she became aggressively distressed.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 02/09/2018 21:10

I think her early life has made KW into a strong woman - but a brittle one. She cannot bend, and she knows she will break if she weakens even a fraction, and so she reacts in a way that will protect herself as best she can.

It may not be the best way, but it is the only way she knows. For her, it is that way or total disintegration.

She and her husband have been married for nearly forty years - she can't be that much of a monster, surely? In a caring, honest and accepting environment it seems she can respond appropriately and form lasting relationships.

surferjet · 02/09/2018 21:13

LW went down hill as soon as Kaye Adams left. It’s just trash TV now.

laddersandsnakes · 02/09/2018 21:19

This bullying incident is all over Twitter. Some clips have had over a million views which is more than the LW programme has viewers. Judging by the comments, the public are absolutely and overwhelmingly on Kim’s side.
