Parking situation on my new road.

I have just completed on a new house. When I viewed it I spent time on different days popping by the road at different times of day to checkout the parking situation and all was fine. My house and the one opposite have a drive for 1 car odd road and the others have space for 2. I only have one car.

The house opposite was for sale at the same time and the new occupants have just moved in a couple of weeks after me.
They have 6 cars!!!! (Green)

I have tried my best on the diagram to illustrate where everyone tends to park - each house has a coloured for above and then their cars are the same colour lines.
I only have one car so my driveway is ample however with green house wankers parking their cars all over the place - mainly at the end of the cul de sac - it's really hard to get out of my drive with cars also parked on the road in between my house (red) and my nice NDN (blue)

I've popped round and introduced myself and explained asking them politely not to park the three cars at the the end of the cul de sac (which is a dropped kerb. But they closed the door in my face and I haven't seen them since. Tonight they've got all of their cars all over the road as per the diagram.

What's my best course of action here?

Good for you OP! Keep doing it. Tbh I would just take the third “space” and whichever empty “space” is free in future, even if it’s the one nearest their house. What’s good for the goose...

Mrs cunty chops has arrived home to no parking space on the road - shock horror they're all taken up by their other cars and mine.
She's put a note on my car, I'm being a little bit of a pussy and waiting until the coast is definitely clear to go and get it

I have the exact same layout where I live OP. Nobody would ever think that's a space down at the end. Could you get double yellow lines put down by the council?

I'd calmly state that you have been forced to park there as they are repeatedly parking illegally and blocking access to your drive.

Is there a local PCSO you could have a chat to, along with nice neighbour?

How entitled! If you have are taxed, mot'd and insured you have as much right as him to park on the road - there's absolutely no obligation for you to use your drive.

I'd knock on their door and tell her you'll legally park your 1 car wherever you fucking well like. And once she only parks 2 cars in the street you'll do the same 👍🏼
