Addiction is a terrible illness and dealers are despicable people for preying on ill, vulnerable and desperate people.

We lost faith in them too. When we lived in the UK we called the police on several occasions. They did nothing.

They still have free will. It just isn't strong enough to beat their addiction. A choice is still made, every time they partake.

They'd be trying to bribe, threaten and harrass teachers.
