At my 20 week scan. Sonographer said everything looks fine. Took a scan photo for another member of staff to look at. They want to get a photo of the nuchal fold again as they had some concerns. Want me to come back in 30 mins (12:45) - I've thrown up I am so anxious. Not sure what I need but if you could help me pass the next 30-45 mins a little quicker I would be hugely appreciative of that.

fruit hi! Made pancakes for Father's Day, went for a lovely walk, saw my mum on Friday. Very chilled. Have been nervous about the scan all weekend! Surely she wouldn't say 'everything looks fine' then seek a second opinion? That would be unprofessional, I think

I had to do this - they wanted to see baby's spine and she wouldn't shift. I had to walk round for 30 mins and go back. During which time she had moved position and they could see what they needed.

I was a lovely programme on BBC2 with Chris packham and michaela strachan about spring, they would set up cameras underground and watch badgers etc.

Can you walk to the hospital shop and buy a magazine or some water or anything? The walk will pass the time than staring at a clock perhaps
