To be annoyed that the walnut from a walnut whip has vanished :(

...and is replaced with a blob of chocolate. Really bloody gutted. Seemingly they have been like this since August. I buy them from time to time but got gifted a pack of three from my dh who knows I love them and felt short changed. They are also no longer called a walnut whip!!! Just a whip!!! Seemingly its the price of walnuts. Cheap skates!

That can't be true, I ate one at the weekend and there was definitely a walnut on the top.

I do remember the days when there was a walnut inside, too, and those were good times.

This sounds like my idea of heaven, because I love the 'whip' part but don't like the walnuts. result!

For nutty chocolate go to Lidl...their almond choc and hazelnut choc and both very nutty indeed.

I remember the walnut inside! It was stuck on the chocolate base, underneath all the marshmallow. I'd wondered if I had imagined it, glad to find out it was real.

I don't remember the walnuts inside. For anyone interested, it is called a whip instead of a walnut whip. I have my own bag of walnuts but wont always :( I am going to head to M&S.
Seemingly its down to a 20% increase in walnut prices boo!

The ‘whip’ inside now tastes like curdled cream also agree that the M&S ones are now far superior
