My brother and brother in law turning 30 this year, their girlfriend and wife said about hiring a large house for te noihydc

OP posts:
Tinty · 19/01/2018 10:38

My DD when she was a teenager came home hyperventilating once, after walking past and glancing in the neighbours front window, she said that they were te noihydc in the nude and they are 80!. She was so shocked. Shock

I said that if she was really lucky she might still be able to te noihydc when she is 80 and te noihydc is not just for youngsters you know. To be fair she just retired to her room muttering about TMI and parents shouldn't be doing that sort of thing let alone older people.

So I popped over to the neighbours and left them some Zoflora and a packet of Naice ham sandwiches and my phone number Grin.

magpiemay · 19/01/2018 10:56

This is my favourite ever thread

bettytaghetti · 19/01/2018 10:56

Have to agree with whiskyowl; "no(ihydc)" is a complete sentence. But as long as it doesn't disturb the neighbour's piano practice you should be okay. Grin

BuckingFrolicks2 · 19/01/2018 11:10

Te noihydc has been proven to engage the dark spirits; why oh why do people think they can play with what should be left well alone rather than taking risks in these ways? It's almost as dangerous as reiki imho, and I'm no Prissy Priscilla about these matters.

You have been warned, OP.

LemonShark · 19/01/2018 11:13

Cannot stop laughing at this thread, brilliant 😂 Just scrolled through the whole seven pages to see if OP ever clarified the rest of her post (not because of the definitely existing word Te noihydc, more the lack of a full stop) and gutted she hasn't!

EnidButton · 19/01/2018 11:17

You should've called 101 and got it logged Tinty, didn't they make it illegal for anyone over 75, last year? I'd have to check, seems ageist to me but suppose it was for safety reasons.

MissMurielStacy · 19/01/2018 11:19

Te Noihydc virgin here. Would like to try but scared to raise subject with DH. WIBU to go it alone?

Ellendegeneres · 19/01/2018 11:24

YANBU. I did te noihydc with my ex. Once. It's several years later and I'm still single

You’re doing it wrong, the way us Londoners do it, you’d love it! We invented it

fruitbrewhaha · 19/01/2018 11:24

This could be quite triggering, I think that should be said in the title.

I've had some real issues with Te Noihydc. Treat it with respect OP.

Tinty · 19/01/2018 11:27

Enid I know I should have called 101 and I think it may be illegal for over 75's but I'm not sure about my area (it may be over 85 here). Anyway I'm all for a bit of te noihydc as long as it's not with be de boblong at the same time! and I was hoping for an invite next time they do it! Wink

Also I was hoping for a bit of te noihydc myself but I spent all my money on the £7500 pink flamingo clutch in a previous thread so I can't afford it at the moment. Maybe I should pop back next door with Wine and Cake and see if I can wangle some

TinselAngel · 19/01/2018 11:38

Sounds like a red flag to me.

Roussette · 19/01/2018 11:57

OMG. I've been on MN forever and very regularly I advance search te noihydc but sadly no one ever posts about it. Can you imagine my excitement when I did my weekly advance search and up pops this thread?!

You are my people, just so glad I'm not the only one to participate regularly. It's fun! It's harmless well, sort of. It's free! You haven't lived if you've not tried it.

Katisha · 19/01/2018 12:01

Can we have some consensus on pronunciation of te noihydc? Are we going with the Old Norse or the Revised Icelandic?

dissapointedafternoon · 19/01/2018 12:13

What is that!!!

GrumpyOldBlonde · 19/01/2018 12:14

Well, it's such an ancient practice I tend to stick with Old Norse.

EnidButton · 19/01/2018 12:18

MissM There are groups on Facebook that do te noihydc meet ups. I'd discuss it with your DH first though. Only fair to give him another chance. Maybe he doesn't realise what he's missing? Download the free pdf on tenoihydc.co.uk

LagunaBubbles · 19/01/2018 12:23

How on earth does a thread about such an innocous subject such as te noihydc have a deletion??

Downtheroadfirstonleft · 19/01/2018 12:39

Aren’t there quite a lot of carbs in te noihydc? That’s what has always put me off... (sad face and head tilt)

Wingedharpy · 19/01/2018 12:51

I'm not sure what it is.
Is there a handbook I can get?

derxa · 19/01/2018 12:56
Grin
TheDogHasEatenIt · 19/01/2018 12:57

I've reported this thread - it's disgusting!

UrsulaPandress · 19/01/2018 13:00

I once had a horse called te noihydc

He was proper handful

LemonShark · 19/01/2018 13:24

Definitely one for classics 💛😂

QueenoftheSilverDollar12 · 19/01/2018 13:32

The last time I indulged in a bit of te noihydc, I ended up having to get a course of strong antibiotics and Canesten cream from the doctor 😕

Catsize · 19/01/2018 13:35

The OP isn’t collapsed at the keyboard I hope... 😬
