It appears they are not doing their white chocolate and strawberry Christmas trees this year. Only the stupid salted caramel and milk chocolate ones.

They were the entire point of December.

They have RUINED my Christmas Xmas Angry

I reckon the frys 5 centres got discontinued when Cadbury was bought by kraft. They closed the factory. And probably didn't bother to relocate the 5 centres machinery. Or perhaps it was actually all held together with dried sugar and couldn't be taken apart and put back together again.
Or more likely they just delisted it to cost save Shock Angry

Sosmix, while it sounds like a bit band managed by Simon Cowell, was a kind of vegetarian sausage mixture which looked like something you'd line the guinea pig's cage with but was exceptionally tasty. Student fodder circa 1985 to be enjoyed with a pint of snakebite.

OLD ENGLISH Spangles. I'd forgotten all about them until this thread but now I want some. Thanks Christina - more chocolate therapy for me.

I nearly died a death choking on a spangle as a kid i had to have a good back slap from a woman who worked in the shop so no spangles revival.

You can still get Sosmix! My local health food shop orders it in for me when I need it, or buy it online, a randomly Googled site for you.

Christina Some say this is a pretty exact copy: www.scottishretrosweets.com/sweets/krakatoa-creamola-foam/

There was some talk about the original recipe being lost, and an old tin opened and analysed to produce it ...

Christmas 2017 will be a true disappointment. Baby Jesus died so we could have the right lollies and chipolatas and Iceland have ruined it! I bet they're owned by the Illuminati.
