Along with helpful cunt exMIL this morning chirpily 'I am a bit worried about how much you want another baby, are you sure you aren't too fat to conceive now?'

Luckily last week I had an epiphany and I have been back to my diet 100% this week, but I do have 4 stone to lose.

Please can you cheer me up with similar tales of child honesty???

I'm just focusing on the time aged 6 that I told DM that she smelt like wet dog... 🙈

My four year old had a go at a man who was taking up two seats on the bus because I've told him one person one seat when he's tried to straddle the middle. This chap however couldn't fit in one seat. I wanted to die. The man was very understanding thank goodness liz

Yesterday my year old niece helpfully pointed out all my freckles/moles then started poking the spots on my face when she ran out of freckles
4 year old ds also told me I was too stripy stretch marks everywhere because he was a gargantuan sized baby to wear a sports bra round the house.. thanks son 👍🏻

My Dd is always telling me 'i love you mummy you're so squishy' which is nice
Best is when I've put on something new and she's says 'are you really wearing that mummy it's a little bit not nice isn't it?'

What's more, apparently I am getting more and more fashionable each day according to my hairdresser . ( well not said quite like that! )

My 6 year old told his teaching assistant she had a beard... and when she said she didn't he followed up with "yes you have, look!" while stroking her chin

Good luck with your diet & losing the 4 stone - I found the best way to diet was to calorie count and I took ages to lose 3 stone but it's the best way as it stays off then.

Kids can be too honest so I like it when they say something nice, like my friends' 5 yr old told his mum that I was nice which has made me really happy.
Once a 3 year old was really rude about me & I was quite hurt! Which was daft really.

Travelling to an agricultural show on a bus with my 5yr old,man got on bus,he didn't have the best hygiene ( his aroma wafted round the bus!)
Son announced to the bus that we were nearly at the show because he could smell the animals

Some of these are obviously just mistakes but some are really very rude.

How do you deal with your children when they 'tell adults off' or say 'huge massive fat tummies'?

I also have 4 stone to lose. It feels a lot. Not helped by little darlings (2 girls aged 10 or so) when I was changing after swimming recently:

LD1: 'ha, I saw her boobs'
LD2: 'it doesn't count because she is fat'
LD1: 'no, it does count.'
LD2: 'it doesn't because I always see fat lady boobs because they can't hide them'.

Is 10 too young to call a bitch? 😂

Four year olds are brutally honest.
My son said "you have big humongous wobbly boobies mum" and told my mum in a very matter of fact way that she's fat.

We'll be thin again. Then they'll just be sniggering at boobs, although mine might well be just fat and disappear with the weight loss!

My nephew asked me if I had another baby in my tummy. It was about a month after having DD and I was really poorly so I tell myself it doesn't matter (even if I haven't lost much more since then and this is over a year later)

DS2 (aged about 5 at the time): "I like your hair mummy because the white bit looks like Cruella out of 101 Dalmatians"

As an aside, DS2 was and still is obsessed with Cruella de Vil, so I took it as a compliment!

When my DD was 2 she was really staring at me, looked very closely at my upper lip and then touched it and said 'like Daddy'.

I get this and I am scrawny with an untoned saggy belly.
"Mummy, you have such a big tummy!"

And the other day when I was getting dressed my DS (3) said, 'Mummy, your boobs are very long'.

I put on a new top that I really liked. DS (about 6 at the time) looked me up and down and said 'Was that the only size they had?'

My delightful child is 17 and after I stripped my hair of dye did a double take and said "you look just like Nanna with grey hair!" Nanna, for the record, is my grandmother. His great grandmother. She's 86.
