I know I was very little then, so this might be my childish imagination misremembered as fact but if I'm not completely mistaken there used to be this thing between them ... lukewarm conflict or something it was called.

TBH, I just read his tweet as 'Waaaaaaaah! Muuuuuuummy! Those mean kids said I couldn't throw sand at the other children on the playground! But I wanna throw saaaaaaaand!!!'. He's obviously throwing a tantrum that any toddler would be proud of.

They're not great - but remember, this is his perception. And he needs to outdo You Know Who on everything.

How is it an all time low? and how on earth can he blame almost every single member of congress? The mind boggles.

And he chooses the petulant child role in relation to Russia, after trying to assume the parent role.
