It's been raining for weeks.
10 bloody degrees again today, had to put my heating on the morning.
I can't get my washing dry everything is sodden outside.

Oh for some sun and even 20 degrees would be lovely.

Miserable here too im assuming you are north as a southern mumsnetter is complaining there is no rain

HipsterHunter · 11/07/2017 11:22

Been hot for months in London, interspersed with a few days of the under storms every now and again. Best summer I can remember!

nina2b · 11/07/2017 11:24

Bully for you.

Gotanewusernamenow · 11/07/2017 11:25

Sick of it here. Manchester.. Rain all last week.. Sat/sun was cloudy & sunny. Yesterday and today rain on and offShock

Cailleach666 · 11/07/2017 11:25

Yes Scotland.

We had good weather for a week, but since then a wash out. My home city has had the wettest June since records began.

No hose pipe ban here- that's for sure.

Clandestino · 11/07/2017 11:27

summer? what summer?

Playmobilpeacock · 11/07/2017 11:27

I wish I could swap with you OP.

I'm in the SE and it's been hot and dry for weeks and I'm miserable. I don't do well when it's hot, anything above 18 degrees and I can barely function.

I'm eyeing up some black clouds and praying for rain.

papayasareyum · 11/07/2017 11:27

endless days of humidity here in the south east. I'd like a bit of rain, the grass is dead!

LaurieFairyCake · 11/07/2017 11:27

Also in London. Heat has been unbearable and I had to buy an air conditioner

I will happily swop ? Smile

Notmyrealname85 · 11/07/2017 11:28

Hot and no nice summer dresses!

Cailleach666 · 11/07/2017 11:29

I'd swap in a heartbeat if it didn't mean leaving my country.

I love the heat. Baking in the sun is heaven.

unavita · 11/07/2017 11:29

we need some proper rain in suffolk, hard ground is horrible for the horses

but for all the rest of the year they are immersed in mud, it's a cruel world

EduCated · 11/07/2017 11:29

I'm somewhere in the middle and we've swung between unpleasantly hot for days on end, and so bloody cold the heating's come on.

IWantACheeseburger · 11/07/2017 11:31

Its miserable isn't it. We were going to have a picnic today as the forecast said no rain. But no its pissing down. Poor DS is so bored and has watched way too much tv so far this summer. Loads of days out planned but its just rained non stop!

GabsAlot · 11/07/2017 11:33

swap with me i beg u today has been the only respite for weeks

araiwa · 11/07/2017 11:35

I have to go home to shower and change clothes as its too hot

ineedwine99 · 11/07/2017 11:40

Miserable in York too OP, we have a blanket of grey right now and drizzle :-(

sysysysref · 11/07/2017 11:44

You're definitely not in London are you? It has been hot here for weeks, I can't remember a better summer. Today is rather grey but the next week is forecast to be between 21 -26 every day.

LovelyBath77 · 11/07/2017 11:46

Yes, i know. SW here and gets alternating wet / humid and then too hot weather. Would like it to freshen up.

paradoxicalInterruption · 11/07/2017 11:46

North West here - and its been colder than I'd like - mixed with a few weeks of hot (for us) weather.

We've missed a lot of the rain that Scotland got -- for once!

So garden very dry.

EdmundCleverClogs · 11/07/2017 11:50

It's been threatening rain where I am for a couple of weeks, but had a proper shower today. Finally, this muggy weather has left me feeling ill with a constant mild headache. Only a couple of months to go until we can give up on this summer nonsense!

CloseEyesAndThinkOfAThaiBeach · 11/07/2017 11:53

I am from the north, but live down south. My grass is dead because it has rained once in the past 4 weeks. It has been over 20 degrees for the past month.

When I opened your post I thought you were moaning about the heat Grin

You need to move!

EssentialHummus · 11/07/2017 11:53

I'm in London, heavily pregnant and ready to swap with anyone in Scotland!

Iwantacampervan · 11/07/2017 11:53

Southerner here - after what seems like weeks with hot sun we've rain today. It's not that cold though but I won't need to water the garden pots tonight.

LilithTheKitty · 11/07/2017 11:54

It's cold, wet and miserable on the wirral too. I hate it. I was enjoying the sun a few weeks ago.
