I look at it as a sign that Pence is actively and openly now only concerned about how he fares in this debacle, rather than supporting Trump or doing what's best for the country. (whereas previously he was much more subtle)

BTW, if people felt able to state where their t.co and other shortened links went, I know I'd find that helpful.
