President's Day isn't a holiday to honour all US presidents per se. It was originally George Washington's Birthday (Feb 22) and where I live, as a child Lincoln's birthday in Feb was also a public holiday. In 1971 they passed a law to move most of our public holidays around to create three day weekends and they combined the two and stuck in on the third Monday in Feb and started calling it 'President's Day'.

In 'honour' of Scrotus, I have renamed it 'Any President but this President's Day'.
