So DoJ is arguing that the injunction should be lifted because 1- it's in the interest of national security and 2- the ban is within the President's authority. This will be a very interesting ruling, especially if they specify that that EO was NOT within the President's authority. Please, please let them specify that, PLEASE!!!

Still banging on about the reporting and the NY Times. Each tweet is ended with a sentence construction of four words of one syllable each. Someone should tell him it is possible to write an intelligent tweet using bigger words. Perhaps they have - and he simply can't, or won't, thinking this will appeal to the lowest common demoninator.

Either way, entertaining, and could be made into a lovely children's
reader.

Hmm chuffingtrain, you do sound like you are on the wrong page. If you can't offer anything without abuse, best you go elsewhere. These threads are for information-sharing of all sides, but not vitriol. I'm guessing you haven't read RTFT.

BTW, I hope nothing I wrote there was too difficult for you to understand. DT seems to have a very limited vocabulary. Not sure he would know what 'vitriol' means - do you?

Dunno about army communication 101 duck, when I did basic we had to toil through a fairly sophisticated service writing programme. 'Enjoy!' didn't feature at all - we were required to be a tad more erudite. I'd put money on the Trumpster just being generally incomprehensible, garbled, and out of his depth - clearly he struggles with any message more complicated than 'me, me, me! Sad!' But yah, deffo wrong page. Toodle pip.

I don't think they're able to because I have yet to see any of them engage in meaningful discussion - it all comes from a place of inarticulate rage and a "he'll shake up the system and we'll all own our own unicorns in magic lalalala dreamland, you'll see!

It would be good to hear a proper defence and counterpoint train, go for it and show us all why we're wrong. Don't just be abusive.

What's the latest on Trump's tax returns? Is anyone still pressuring him to release them or has that been swept under the carpet? If reporters in the Press Room agreed to take in turns to ask a tax return question every day then surely the White House would have no choice to put something out to make the story go away?

The article I linked to last night (that indicated that many of Trump's posters are fake) has cheered me up no end. There must be millions out there who believe those responses and "favourites" implicitly, like I sort of did. On the more worrying side, if those are Trump's proof of being right, then he (or someone above him) can just keep manipulating everyone ad-infinitum.

Could twitter and Facebook look into that do you think? Or would they not be bothered because of recent spikes of traffic around Trump?
