I guess I'm surprised that they're having this hearing tomorrow. My understanding is that it's only to decide whether or not it will be reinstated while it works it's way to the Supreme Court? I expected them to say it would not go back into effect until it went to Supreme Court. It would be such chaos to have it again reinstated until it's heard by the Supreme Court for them to say "no, it's unconstitutional, we're overturning it" after it was reinstated and many more refused entry or otherwise affected by it.
On a more positive note, it's a more liberal panel, and it's two Dems and one GOP. Fingers crossed.
