He seems to be obsessed with the ban and terrorism. Is it distraction?

No. He seems to avoid any mention of trade, doesn't he? He never says anything specific other than make American, buy American, more jobs for Americans. I don't think he has any specific plans other than to give his own businesses financial benefits.

There are still protestors outside regarding DeVos. It seems to be right down the party line (which is shocking, as she truly is completely out of her depth on this and it was frighteningly obvious in the interview part)

So apparently Sean Spicer has said that that New York Times article was wrong because Trump doesn't have a bathrobe. Was he serious or trying to be funny?

Ah, so now it's not about unreported terrorist attacks by Muslims.

It's "instances that have occurred where I don't think they've gotten the coverage it deserved."

Presumably anything short of wall-to-wall coverage with scary music of any serious crime by a Muslim in the past 5 years constitutes not "the coverage it deserved".

Still, last week's murders of Muslims in Quebec did get the coverage they deserved: they got used by Angry Spice to Spice-splain Trump's travel ban.Angry

Well nothing surprises me that comes out of his mouth/tweets.
Though I do believe that Trump is a puppet being played and doesn't know it.
However the alternative is more worrying that Trump is just pretending to be a puppet being played.

As it's common knowledge that Trump has a low boredom threshold, can he turn around & say I'm bored with being President. I'm off to whichever business deal next & Ivanka/Eric will be POTUS?

Pence would be President, and then:
Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.

Ginger yes you're right but knowing the Donald's form, he'll make an executive order banning Pence as he's got an unAmerican surname. (Should be Dollar or Nickel or something patriotic.)
And there'll be another executive order passing power down the family line a la North Korea.

The world's going to hell in a handcart if I'm comparing the US to North Korea!

Yeah, he can't do that. It's not something he can change by EO - it would need to go through Congress and they're not going to change that. There are certain limits to what can be changed by EO.
